Wearing Tanya Burr’s Midnight Smoulder palette / FOTD

Even though I have had this palette for a year I only wore it a couple of times, but each time I loved it so much! Blue is actually my fave colour and I do think it suits my eyes as well, so I promised myself to wear it more. So this was the make up I was wearing the other day, and I liked how it turned out so I decided to do a quick little post on it. In my opinion, this make up look would be good for the Christmas party season too, if you like to go rather eye heavy than lip.

So here’s a list of product I put on my face:

Benefit Porefessionals primer

Maybelline Fit Me Foundation 100

Collection Lasting Perfection Colour Correction Concealer + Ultimate Wear Concealer

Rimmel Stay Matte Powder

Tanya Burr Cosmetics Contour Stick in light/medium

Benefit Rockateur Blush

Tanya Burr Cosmetics Champagne Shimmer highlighter from the Pretty Unstoppable Palette

NYX Proof it! eyeshadow primer

On my eyes I used the the Midnight Smoulder palette from Tanya Burr Cosmetics:

crease: Midnight navy

lid: Endless Sky

inner third of the lid: Star Gazing

Soap and Glory Smoulder Kohl eyeliner on the tightline

Tanya Burr Cosmetics Selfie Flick eyeliner

L’Oreal Miss Baby Roll Mascara

Brows: Tanya Burr Cosmetics Selfie Sculpt brow pencil in medium

Maybelline Superstay Matte Ink in 10 Dreamer

So this is all the make up that went on my face, hope you like how this look turned out as much as I do! I’m also gonna do a Christmas Day make up look too, so keep your eyes peeled for that!

Hope you have a nice day!

xx Agota

Tanya Burr’s Natural Ambiance collection review

I can’t even tell you how much I love Tanya Burr Cosmetics. I think she does a wonderful job with all her products, they are good quality and really affordable. So when I heard she was going to release another collection I couldn’t wait to get my hands on it.

The collection consist of two eye shadow palettes and two new lipstick. Both are on the natural side regarding colors.

I’m always excited to get new eye shadow and I love me a good lippie. 🤗

The lipsticks are such gorge shades and a perfect match for the palettes. Here is the swatch for them both Bear Hug and Sunday walk. ( again I love the names of the products ).

They are creamy and have satin finishes as the other lipstick do too. They are not drying on the lips. Also unfortunately they don’t have a good staying power either as like a liquid lipstick, Personally I don’t mind reapplying it throughout the day.

Now let’s talk about the palettes. Beautiful shades. I don’t really do brave eye make up, not anymore anyway, so I always opt for natural colours. These two palettes have all the natural shades you could wish for. Matte colour and shimmery shades as well.

The first palette is filled with rose gold shades that just scream summer, and it has a matching name to it, My Paradise. The shades are pigmented, not glittery and just look gorgeous on the eyes paired with loads of mascara.

I was also excited for a bit more coloured eye shadow palette and I’ve always liked a natural green eye shadow, so happy to own this beautiful palette, My Escape. Again it is perfect for creating a natural eye look but still add a bit more colour to it.

Here are the swatches of the shades from both palette:

I hope you liked this review and enjoy this new collection as much as I do. 🙂

Hope you have a great day! x
