I got a very exciting package in the post today and it was a delivery from Feelunique. I know it contained the new Tanya Burr Cosmetics collection, the Selfie Story collection and I am just so excited to share my opinion on it with you.

I usually don’t go anywhere without wearing mascara and a liner, but at least a mascara. So I was just very happy that two of my absolute fave make up items were in this collection and I finally get to try them out.

But let’s talk about the brow pencil, Selfie Scuplt, first as I am sort of typing this blog post as I’m doing my make up so I can get my true first impression written down.

I actually really like the shape of the brow pencil. I chose the shade medium and it is a perfect fit for my browns. I like the rectangular shape and it is easy to use and really shapes your brows well. I like how I can move it around as I’m putting it on and getting different angles of the product. Just seems to be working perfectly.

 

The next item I’m trying out is the Selfie Flick eyeliner. I’ve watched Tanya’s videos when she was talking about this new products and when I saw her using the eyeliner I got very intrigued. I can say now already it is so flippin’ good! She said it is easier to apply eyeliner with this one and I have to say she was right. I have been applying liqued eyeliner to my eyes for years and years so I have no trouble with it, but even I can tell that with this one it’s just way easier. I like how thin the brush is because sometimes I really just want a thin line to be there in my lashline. Also thanks to the thin brush doing a winged look is so easy. I usually like felt tip liner for a winged look but this one works even better for that purpose. On top of that it is really black, which sometimes can be an issue with eyeliners. I think I have found my new fave eyeliner overall, if you haven’t guessed that already.

So last but by no means least is my new love the Selfie Lash. It is the prettiest mascara I have tried in a long time. It gives long voluminous lashes. It doesn’t clamp up at all and I really like the shape of the wand and the bristles, I feel like they coat every single eyelash. I think it gives very nice big lashes but not too overdramatic ones, but natural ones. Which I think look better. The formula is wet but not too wet that you can’t really use it and you need to wait for it to dry out a little as with some other mascaras. It feels like the perfect consistency and it works perfectly for the first time. I am really really impressed amd also so so happy with it.

So yeah as the title suggests I am in love with this collection. Even though I just put my make up on I can’t wait to remove it and apply it again tomorrow. I do honestly think these products stand out amongst all the other drugstore brands and I appreciate all the effort and work Tanya and her team put into these products because the results are just fab. Congrats Tanya Burr Cosmetics! I can’t say enough good things!
